Filtered feeds

Filter any feed to only show items that include or exclude specific keywords, so only what matters comes through.

Discussed viability and how the feature could work. Some open questions:
- Maybe filter by curated predefined categories?
- Any restrictions needed?
- Does it require more resources? Can donations cover it?
