Due to a DDoS attack our server went down on Fri Sep 27 at 12 AM. We've since resolved the issue, and site was back up at around 4 AM EST.

Removed sneaky tracking parameters websites were adding to feed links that were causing duplicate items in RSS readers. Resolving this may have caused some other feed items to appear as duplicates in your RSS reader (sorry about that). But we've added new tracking link detection to prevent the issue from ever happening again.
