Bluesky's logged-out visibility setting disables RSS feeds
Bluesky has a setting that allows a user to restrict their posts to only logged-in users. But it also excludes the user's posts from appearing in their feed. So anyone subscribed to the feed will no longer see any updates.
A user can get to the setting by clicking on Settings > Privacy and security from the sidebar menu after logging into their Bluesky account.

User reported being unable to see a Bluesky's users posts in the user's RSS feed, but the posts were showing on the Bluesky website. After investigating, it appears that when a user has enabled the logged-out visibility setting, their posts will no longer appear in their Bluesky RSS feed.

Bluesky has recently offered RSS feeds. So it's not clear why a setting would be available that penalizes users who are using them in their feed readers. Reached out to Bluesky support team for clarification.

Bluesky support responded and confirmed that the setting is working as intended, and is meant to stop an account's posts from being shown to anyone who isn't logged in, which includes feed readers. They also acknowledged that the description of the setting may be unclear, and they'll be reviewing it.
