Bluesky's logged-out visibility setting disables RSS feeds
Bluesky has a setting that allows a user to restrict their posts to only logged-in users. But it also excludes the user's posts from appearing in their feed. So anyone subscribed to the feed will no longer see any updates.
A user can get to the setting by clicking on Settings > Privacy and security from the sidebar menu after logging into their Bluesky account.
