Feeds restricted from Feeder due to excessive requests

System has detected excessive requests being made to multiple feeds at the same time due to the application not spacing out its requests across its multiple IP addresses, which is severely degrading the service for other users. To prevent further interruptions and potential outages, the application has been temporarily restricted from Open RSS feeds until its owners can resolve the issues.
